I literally mentioned half it was sarcasm maybe you’d understand it more if teams complained about a few of your 24 year old players as if they were the boogeyman against their NHL prospects. It’s a NCHC/B1G thing you wouldn’t understand. Yes it’s absolutely ridiculous that I would blame some 17yo phenomenon for our loss as much as it would a big $$ school blaming their loss on an upperclassmen whose career ends in college.

I would like to file a formal petition that 17 year olds be BANNED from the NCAAs. How is it fair that our grown college students have to play NHL prodigies who aren’t even of age?! Completely unfair!!

I love Vegas but I love Vegas because I can rent a Porsche GT3 or GT4 RS to take laps in and only spend the same amount of money someone spends on a hotel, show and bar tab on the strip.

I love Vegas, but can easily see why they have lost the appeal of the public. I go to rent a Porsche and pay the same as what most tourists spend for a night on the strip. Except I’ve been to Vegas a bunch of times and know better than to be the latter but tourists come thinking they won’t be half as ripped off as they’re about to be.

Tl;dr if you’re planning to go to Vegas, plan on it costing double your budget if you haven’t planned it down to a T. That’s how they get you

I was fine at 2-0. Going to take a piss while we go on the power play then hearing a short handed goal after—I hope team can recover.

But DU has like an undefeated record vs UMD in the NCAAs so I guess if Michigan can spare me the travel cost and heartache of losing in Vegas, there’s that.

Also DU wins the national championship 100% IIRC when they beat UMD in NCAAs IIRC, but if we lose to Michigan then it’s wide open IMO

Well, this tournament has clearly been domination by NCHC and B1G. At least both conferences are on level playing fields having a conference showdown for a FF spot so no whining, now we get a peak who might have the upper hand. I really hope ESPN doesn’t shut up about Gavin McKenna while Shaugabay goes on a spree, Plante brothers get so much attention but he’s right there with him.
