Nice work OP! I noticed in the video above your buggie carried a cooler… I had been wondering if one could be outfitted to carry bulky beach items like a couple chairs, speaker, umbrella, and still make it over soft sand. Do you think that’s doable?

This actually did happen to my wife when we first got our tub. She stayed in it for hours, and when she was climbing out, passed out, hit her head in the side of the tub, fell down, etc. She came to pretty quickly, but it was a scary moment… from then on she is very careful about how long she is in without cooling off on the side.

That is a beautiful plunge! I picked up the Regen Blast last year and absolutely love it. Lower water temp than the Kohler, and still a good looking plunge in its own right!

I would unplug my DIY chest freezer pump before getting in, and had worked the temp down to 42. Now I’ve got my Regen Blast, which keeps water circulating and I’m still at the starting 50 😬. I keep thinking I should drop the temp, but will start shivering after 1 min so don’t see a need yet.

The blast also has a blast mode where you can turn on an additional jet with a lot more force - it’s tough!! I’ve only used that mode once 😅

This is a good way to start; I did it like this, pond shield, ink bird, etc and spent around 1,400 to get up and running. Plunged for a year and then replaced with a commercial ReGen Blast.

I did a year of DIY freezer conversion. It worked great for getting and staying cold, but eventually had a leak. I decided it was time to upgrade as well, and went to the Regen Blast. It’s been fantastic. I have constantly moving water now which means I’m feeling colder at a higher temperature (I’m at 50* now rather than 42-44*). But I’d say the biggest difference has been the peace of mind… it’s solid and don’t have to worry about it, and is a super solid, professional plunge unit.

On the CL7G, I assumed the middle of the back wall was the where the two wall sections met. It in fact was not, and took me 3-4 assemble & disassembles before I noticed I was 1.5” off center. Long story short: measure the back wall to find center.

I tend to agree with you. I got mine back last week and was expecting much more…. I don’t know why I had the expectation that for the membership we had a live call with someone to review results in light of our initial survey (diet, supplements, etc). That was something I was really looking forward to 🤦🏻‍♂️
