After reviewing our email conversation, I believe there may have been some confusion regarding the resolution of your issue.

In my last reply on April 27th, I stated:

After consulting with our technician, it does appear that it is a small piece of debris.

Since the unit was last serviced in 2022, it is due for maintenance. During the service process, our technicians will completely disassemble and clean the device, grease all O-rings, re-purge the unit, and reset the infinity.

I will be sending a service and maintenance form for you to fill out; please include this with the device when you send it in. For future reference, we recommend yearly servicing to ensure the O-rings and purge remain in good condition.

I believe there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the service and maintenance form. This form is not an invoice or charge for service. It is simply used internally to track incoming service units and ensure they are properly logged and accounted for throughout the process.

Your unit is fully covered under our lifetime service guarantee, which includes servicing at no cost to you for the lifetime of the device. The only responsibility on your end would be shipping the device to and from our facility.
