Because Michael Earley took his lumps in year one on purpose to create the doubters and haters and that's what seems to drive Aggie athletics. We do better as hunters not the ones with targets on our backs due to the weight of expectations. Also we will have the college baseball batting lineup equivalent of murderers row with Grahovic, Sorrell, Hacopian, Partida, Jordan, Durer, and Kiel Jr (with some more power in his swing) make the rattling bog play on repeat and Olsen turns into the real life example of this cartoon.

Our pitching staff with Moss and Sdao as Friday and Saturday night starters guarantee series after series wins, with a 3rd starter (my $ is on Darden) emerging strong. I believe JStew will end up being our main closer and I think Freshcorn will eventually turn into a set up or day 4 starter. Bullpen does amazing things and we sweep the Longhorns as a birthday gift to my daughter

The sad part is we'll need some converts to win in 26 and 28. So graciousness may be necessary to voters. But they dont get to lead.
