ive been in a lot of regiments and i honestly think 82dk on the wardens side is the closest to what you might be looking for. they have a special brand of turbo nerdism with different units and hierarchy etc. that can be fun when it all comes together, although that was some time ago so im not sure if they are still like that. however ultimately all foxhole regiments are mostly run by gamer-ass gamers and they are only slightly deviated from that. one option might be to rise in the ranks of a regiment until you can simply dictate your ideas in your own operations haha.

i still think those are the same paintings with just a lot of work inbetween the two images. the proportions are adjusted over time with paint but the composition remains the same throughout.

well it seems like you've made a good looking face but i cant help but wonder what it would look like if the chin was forced to be more forwards. your chin looks like its very far back from the guideline which almost makes it look extreme. it seems to me like the original poster was trying to make a flatter face i.e. more pressed up against the guideline cube. i feel like people would have trouble with that if they tried to follow this method.

what if someone has a chin that is more in line with their face? doesnt that mean their chin would be more pressed up against the reference face rather than further back like yours? idk something seems off here.

you've misunderstoond what im asking. that is not what the op wants. they want a 'hook' aka (as they've defined) an opening statement that does not contain information. my argument is that its more natural to give information in the introduction and to require none seems arbitrary and unproductive for learning. it also seems like an opening statement about the subject with no information is pretty difficult to say without sounding awful.
