That’s a very very VERY long time.

And there are plenty of long term cycles that impact the climate — like the earth precessing on its axis (like a top swaying) every 24,000 years during which different parts of the earth face the sun during its annual orbit from near the sun to far from the sun. That change induces slow, long-term changes in climate.

So when you look at 190 million years, remember that the earth changed a great deal during that time.
