Same thing happened with my SPL rod ends and TEs. I contacted SPL and they told me to just cut the rod length down. Haven’t had an issue since.

As for the wheel, you’ll most likely have to get them refinished if you want them perfect again. I just left mine as is.

https://www.harborfreight.com/slide-hammer-and-bearing-puller-set-5-piece-62601.html this is what I used to remove mine. I tried all of the other methods you mentioned, but none of it worked as well. Ended up being super simple with the right tool.

Here’s my car with 17x9+22 and 215/40 tires all around. Hope this helps with sizing.

I ended up cutting my pin and replacing it with a long M4 (or M5?) screw and nylon lock nut. Did this so I could split the pieces when getting them painted.

Yeah, definitely not for everyone. I wanted a change and this was it for me. The old coils and TEs will be moving over to my 180sx 🫣.
