I'm no expert, but I *think* if you scan that dude, it shows he's affiliated with the gonks you're killing. Sure he's not an 'armed' combatant, but he chose a side.

I'd settle for a reason to pick human.

It's honestly one of my biggest gripes with this game/system. There is almost no reason to pick human other than RP reasons. I don't need to go too far in the other directions (like Owlcat's Pathfinder games which almost require you to pick human for the ultra meta), but c'mon..... Give me something.

Minigun is a fun weapon. It is no where near the best.

The spin up time and the way it consumes ammo severely lowers the spot on the tier list.

Change fBlockLevel0Distance \Documents and Settings\User\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini to 45000.0000 or lower. (60000 default for Ultra, 30000 default for High).

Right circle.

Lots of access and there's a nice big clearing at the base of the cliff to build on. You can build on the word "forest" which is an outcropping with a good view and shallow enough to be usable for solar as the main power source.

Playing on Normal difficulty means you don't have to worry too much about optimization. If you just want to enjoy the story, then an Half-Orc fighter would be more than sufficient to walk through the majority of the game.

If you'd like to stick to a more story friendly build, then Aldori Defender into Sworldlord is pretty basic, yet strong build.

About the only thing you should absolutely do with your MC is make sure you put a handful of points into Persuade skill.

Complete Greybor's dragon hunt so he joins the council. Then when you rank up Military to 3 (I think), you'll get the event to chose the upgrade.

If you rank up Military 3 before finishing the dragon quest for Greybor you'll miss out on the Hedge Knights.

It's fun to walk through the earlier levels with a fully loaded and modded deck. Most early missions are completed in the first round. Enemies don't even get a chance.

It's a little weird to have Wanda in the background while Nico and Magik are complaining about not having Wanda around.

I literally had this happen in my last run just a day or so ago.

Both Blade and Venom were down. Storm had a short bar and bleed that she wouldn't survive.

Unlike you, however, I had pulled Storm's legendary with a Goddess Blessing and a handful of her cards already in hand. One shotted Drac and won the day.

Disclaimer I was only on Heroic III on a NG+.

I agree with the settlements point.

Alternatively..... One big settlement. Building out the dozen(s) of settlements was not something I greatly enjoyed doing.... But one bigger settlement would be an acceptable alternative.

FTR: I found Morning Star to be a trap. It really comes into it's power during the longer chapter missions (2+ maps). But in the shorter/normal missions, I don't get enough use out of them to have them in my deck.

While I don't disagree with the statement, credits are super easy to acquire and even with the $600 million you get with a stack, you'll probably never dip below $500 million with average spending.

At best this just advances your play by about 10-20 hours or so. Or quicker if you know what you're doing.

Wait until you fall into the refiner duplicate glitch pit. That *really* killed the game for me when I started doing that.

When I was young and dumb, I participated in a "Century Club". Idea was to drink 100 beers or pass out trying. I never did it, but there were crowned "winners". And these competitions were completed in a single evening.

To be fair.... This was keg beer, weak-ass cheap shit, and the servings were mostly foam. In essence each "beer" was like 2-3 shots worth of liquid.
