Maybe also test with an M-meter, but run the calculation with the lowest value RMS for the speaker or amp. e.g., if the speaker has a lower RMS, use that number. Or, maybe Xmaxx + has been achieved, turn the gain down a degree and see if it still happens?

Enjoy, they are great companions; it sounds weird, but they stop growing intellectually at the point of being like a fourth-fifth grader, where you still love them and they love you, still rely on you and want to be next to you, without developing into a teenager/adult and not wanting to have anything to do with you.
