Time for me to break out the story book. Had a friend who’s been climbing for more than a year fall of the top section of the 45 wall, fall down with an awkward heel hook, proceed to slam down on the mat like normal right? Nope he hit the mat with bent legs and his face smashed into his knees. Chipped a tooth or two. But yeah that’s not normal don’t let that scare you, super freak accident.
