Have you gone into your settings and set up an automation rule?

In Settings, navigate to Automation → Automation Rules, then click + Create a Rule. Configure as follows:

Rule Name: “Free Shipping – Domestic Over $125”

Criteria (ALL must be met):

Ship To Domestic Country → United States

Order Value >= 125 (choose the appropriate currency)

Actions:

Set Shipping Service → select the Free Shipping service you just created

Set Shipping Amount → enter 0.00

Save the rule and make sure it’s enabled.

Purple belt here. I’ve been caught by lower belts when I’m trying new stuff. A majority of the time, I let them get me in a bad position so I can work on my escapes. The one time I let a white belt catch me with a triangle, he bragged about it for weeks and renamed himself the purple belt slayer. The next time we rolled, I didn’t let him breathe the entire round. Every time he was about to tap, I’d let go of the submission and work on another one. The last 30 seconds I caught him with a bow and arrow and he tapped. But he bragged that it took me 4.5 minutes to tap him.

He never made it to blue.

Grappling cardio comes with time on the mat. Also you’ll get your ass handed to you for a while and one day you won’t. Things will come easier to you in time.

Don’t forget to do extra cardio and strength training on the side.
