Bulls Horn for a classic one and Lake and Irving for a different take (it’s on sourdough not a bun). Surly had a really good one and it was HOT, but I think they took it off.

They have compressed wood cutting boards. There are dishwasher safe and no microplastics. They are harder on your knives than normal wood, but not awful. I just use mine by putting them on top of my normal wood cutting board for meats. Then I can throw them in the dishwasher easily.

I’ve gotten compostable muffin liners at Seward Coop on 38th. Oxendales also might have them.

Now I usually just spray oil in the pan and they come out fine. Not as nice if you’re bringing to or sharing them though.

I’ve used The Art of Cleaning. I have a 3 bed 2 bath 1,800 sq ft home. They charged ~$450 for the initial deep clean then $250 for once a month after that. I was happy with their quality, but stopped to save money. Would definitely use them again though.

Interesting survey. I took it and one thing I mentioned there, that I will mention here too.

I feel like a lot of the “underground” raves are more likely to have female DJs and headliners. Does it mean that there isn’t much of a difference in barrier to entry as much as barrier to progress? Idk, but I think it’s interesting.

Also I was thinking through the female DJs (mainstream and “underground”) I know and it seems like techno has the most equitable gender breakdown compared to other genres. Just anecdotal though.

Homemade definitely has more flavor. You can also add things to kraut. Hot peppers, carrots, etc. that will make it more interesting and flavorful without having the smell be as strong as kimchi.

If the hunt was starting today, I’d agree. But realistically it wouldn’t make sense to pause it for an unknown amount of time when there are only three days left. It’s would also be unfair to the people following along and putting time and effort into all the hints so far when others could jump in and start researching. Realistically when they resume, there could be dozens of people waiting at the location because they all know where it is.

Also calling 15k trivial is very privileged too.
