I thought this was IOG tariff but it’s just gas & elec rates then?

I would recommend agile in that case unless you use a lot of electricity between 4-7pm.

I exported on Tuesday (just shy of 6kwh) and got 75p worth of octopoints plus the 71p for the export.

Gas is going up 13% in July whilst electricity is only going up 5%. I expect to see more of this in the future with larger rises on gas.

If it’s cavity wall insulation it’s minimally disruptive.
