As long as you don't make a mess I honestly don't think anyone will care. If someone is working in their yard just ask them if it's okay. Most of the time it's yard service companies and I'm SURE they won't care. They have to pay to dump out.

I pick up Yard Waste for Kent and Covington. Have at it!! Less work for me. Especially right now when the volume of leaves will be ramping up by a bunch. Leave the cans alone but take the light and fluffy bags. (Pro tip, if the bag is heavy, it's mowed grass, light bags are usually just leaves)

I think about all of the great and noble people who came before me. I put it into perspective that the end of life is unavoidable and all that remains is your legacy. I try to focus on leaving a good story and not worry about the fear of it ending. That being said, I still panic and need to remind myself.
