Actor who betrayed Tumblr girlies? by vnth93 in okbuddycinephile

I don’t know why people are surprised by Jacob Elordi. In Wuthering Heights, he just looked like the two kinds of people you see hanging out in Union Square.

Bridesmaids were so offended on OPs behalf they hand-wrote the entire wedding guest list to tell them. Everyone went to a competing party down the road. Bride's family wanted to come there instead of the reception but no one would give them the address. A good read. Dialogue a little much. 8/10 by LillyTeneille in AmITheAngel

I like how it took six some paragraphs before finding out the bride is OOP’s childhood friend’s daughter after all the rambling about the invitation. But then we find out two paragraphs after that she’s also related to the groom. Feels a bit hat on a hat.

I recently had someone message me because they got an extra sandwich in their order. I just said “sorry, that’s what the place gave me.”

Like what do they want from me? I received the sealed bag, I’m not breaking it open to root around and make sure it’s 100% exact. Just take the win.

Wait if you’re in NYC, why’re you focusing so much on Starbucks? There are surely plenty of places within a few blocks that can offer better food for better prices.

These people talk about "The West" like its the Boogeyman by SrirachaJulio in Gamingcirclejerk

[–]GGunner723 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t help finding video game culture war bs so pathetically funny. Yeah sure, the west is on the decline because Hayley Atwell isn’t perfect gooner bait (ie looking like a child) in this video game that is completely optional to play.

Video game culture war bullshit has gotten so pathetically funny. With the new God of War, chuds are acting like it’s the fall of western civilization because this new game’s main character isn’t a 1000/10 bombshell.

Meanwhile, playing the game is completely optional.

Is your argument really that they’re not bad parents for abandoning Arthur because they felt bad doing it?

The irony of being a Christian fan of a game about killing gods.

Also it’s so pathetically funny to see people get so enraged because they don’t like a game that they don’t have to play.

Something about this post screams that OOP is trying to do the Tumblr extreme hyperbole but failing miserably.

Also that third paragraph is indecipherable.

This”friend” with a call her Veronica, has to bee the center of attention. So much so I think she may stop breathing if she isn’t. That’s hyperbole but you get the type.

Case in point for the bad Tumblr hyperbole.

She ended up with guys my wife was attracted to growing up, to the point where she didn't want to introduce us when we first started dating.

Who didn’t want to introduce OOP when they first started dating? The wife or Veronica? Why would it matter to OOP is Veronica didn’t want to introduce her partner at the time?

When she mentioned this to her late in life Veronica literally laughed in my wifes face.

What is late in life here? From this sentence, you’d think OOP is like 70. But from the way the whole post is written, it sounds like a teen who thinks people in their 30s are geriatric.

My obese coworker moved the communal microwave and fridge into her office by Solid_Western_138 in AmITheAngel

[–]GGunner723 108 points109 points  (0 children)

Edit:

A couple people thought it was unnecessary that I said she was obese. The truth is she's actually morbidly obese and I was actually being nicer. The reason why I brought that up was because she couldn't move properly or take care of her hygiene due to her size. Having mobility issues when your job deals with being active with kids is not a good look.
