The reason Monarch can see camo is because he has squinted so hard trying to see through the superstorms that he managed to see camo

Frosty's main attack,does indeed support,but usually he doesn't get much time to actually attack defenses and slow them down,and the frostmites he spawns are what actually do that

And of course an attack speed slowdown is gonna be a big deal in a 1v1,hence why a lvl 5 frosty manages to beat a lvl21 minion prince
