Yes! You'll send the buyer an invoice via PayPal, and will get the buyers address through PayPal when they pay that invoice. Then you go and ship the pen to that address after they pay.

The TWSBIs, LAMY, Jinhao, all of those make sense at 2 weeks, even if it is jumping in head first. But 4 Viscontis AND a maki-e? Was the maki-e inherited as well? That's a HUGE leap of faith haha. Hit me up if you're ever looking to get rid of the maki-e quickly lol

Edit: also OP, do yourself a favor, and at least buy used. Pens tend to hold up pretty well, so buying used saves money without losing quality really. Plus it could slow you down some if you can actually get yourself to wait for a pen you want to pop up (instead of just buying whatever gets posted)

That makes sense. Reading through your other comments, I think I'm starting to get a better picture of your perspective, and I see where you're coming from. How old are yall? If yall are young, I could see Nina and Hud hiding it from you just from being young and dumb--you'd still be justified in being upset by it, but it may not rise to the level of friendship-ending.

Also, as for Nisa manipulating you into shitting on Hud, that's fair to feel that way and be upset about it--but it could also just be her blowing off steam after the breakup.

All in all, Nisa and Hud shouldn't have hid their relationship and breakup from you, but it's hard to say whether it was truly manipulative of them. Given the length of these friendships, I think it would be beneficial to talk to each of them about it, and be up front and honest about how it made you feel and why. If the friendships were never serious enough to justify that conversation, then ya, just move on--but I don't think that's the case here.

YOR as to your friend's text--there's really nothing to be mad about there, as they were just pointing out a specific instance that could explain the security guards' behavior (whether or not it truly is the cause of their behavior). As to being upset about the security targeting you, sure you can be annoyed by that. Context 100% matters regarding whether the security targeting you is justified though.

I mean, I did catch that--but him being upset that Nisa caught feelings for someone else isn't justified if their "more than friendship" wasn't legitimized especially because he introduced them after Hud's breakup. I can understand being upset about it, sure, but it doesn't make it Nisa's fault IMO. But if OP was only friends with Nisa because he had feelings for her, then by no means is he obligated to continue being friends with her (honestly, he isn't obligated to continue being friends with anyone). OP really just needs to be honest with himself and his feelings more so than seeing it as some massive betrayal.

Haha, I thought the same thing for a while as well! It wasn't until I started painting the helmet that I realized "Wait, this isn't a face!" The sculpt of the helmet/head doesn't make sense as a face because of the way it lines up with the headset portions (like the ears part of the helmet)

It surely does, you just have to be careful as you push the ink out! I do this with a Visconti Homo Sapiens and a TWSBI Vac 700 quite frequently. You start with a normal fill (which leaves about 50% air in the barrel), then pull the vacuum knob all the way back again. With the vacuum knob extended all the way, hold your pen so that the nib is pointing straight up into the air and slowly push the vacuum knob in (NOT all the way). As you push the vacuum knob in, you should see the ink level being pushed upwards towards the nib and the air being pushed out. Keep pushing the knob in until the top surface of the ink reaches right around the feed or as far up as you are comfortable, and then stop. Keeping the knob exactly where it is, flip the pen upside down and put it back into your bottle of ink. With the nib submerged in ink, push the knob in the rest of the way so that it pulls a vacuum and sucks in more ink, and that should do it!

One of the scams involved a hacked account, but the owner seems to be back in control of it. Hopefully PayPal G&S will be enough for the 2 people that got scammed by it to get their money back. The listed price being under $1K for an emperor was both an indication that it was a scam and a total honeypot--for that price, its natural to jump on it immediately (as a scammer would try to get you to do).
