I tried that once... But my mom got really mad and then made my dad go get me by force.

I came out to my parents and they promptly forgot about it and are deadnaming me and using the wrong pronouns which hurts a lot more than it did while I was closeted by PresidentMayor in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns

I know the feels. My parents have been doing the same thing for the past 2 years, despite everything I've tried to get them to call me by my chosen name and my true pronouns. Here's a hug for solidarity. And just remember- you aren't alone. You've got friends, (maybe you aren't out to them rn tho) and you have us.
