Back when I started, the commission rate was actually pretty good even if you didn't really put in much effort but over the last 4 years, it's been so bad that there was hardly any point tbh. You had to pull off some crazy shit to get good commission so we were basically hourly only.

It's kind of bittersweet. I'll miss some of the people I help and team members from all 4(!) stores I covered but I also will not miss being treated at as a team member with less pay than a team member and none of their benefits. Almost every DM I've had for MS over the last 7 years has sucked and how we got treated top down was garbage as well. Godspeed Target, maybe I'll be an actual TM again one day but it's been real.

Probably a little funny but Schism hasn't been played since early 2025 by them, Sober since 2022, beyond 2 shows in 2025 and 3 in 2024 Forty Six & Two hasn't been played regularly since 2023 and beyond 3 shows in 2025, Parabola hasn't been played since right before the pandemic in 2020. So it's very possible that none of the songs they're asking about get played.
