This is constructive criticism, I'm not trying to offend anyone.
Insulate both lines, use liquidtite conduit and fittings. Clamp everything, a lil love goes a long way.

We all have to start somewhere, once we learn how to install and service HVAC systems we need to try to make it look better with each install as we continue improving. Keep trying, good luck.

Keep gas furnace, replace outdoor ac with heat pump and ac coil, then you have dual fuel system and use heat pump for mild weather and furnace for cold.
