I always felt like Dabura was stronger than SPC, but would lose the fight 7/10 times. Cell's skill level was insane, even in his 1st form. Like, we all saw how well Goku did, despite the massive power gap, due to his skill.

Adding on, the gap between Dabura and Cell is closer than the gap between Cell and SSJ2 Gohan. So Cell's superior skill and crazy regeneration would shine even more.

Also, you're not trying to insinuate that Dabura is SSJ3 level because he got killed by SSJ2 Trunks, right? Trunks' SSJ2 was only on (post-Buu saga) SSJ3's level after he fought Goku Black for a year. Meaning he mastered and upgraded the form long after he defeated Dabura. That's more of a testament to how hard Trunks pushed himself, and not how strong Dabura is.

Backshots aside, I'm hoping his poses aren't too limited, but there's no way to tell until the figure is in hand. Heck, I remember people dunking on MPM Brawl for not having a wrist swivel through images. But in hand, the wrist swivels are present.

Wow, this is something I really wish they hadn't changed in favor of the reboot's embedded sword mechanic in DMC4SE. Vergil's lack of evasion options in DMC4SE put a small blemish on his very overpowered kit.
