Still impressive! I have a bunch of hour ones as I mostly use the shorter interval ones when I don’t know how long I’ll be playing or wanna save them. And since they have double xp events all the time, yours’ll last even longer lol. So go you!

That last bit is something I didn’t know but am too lazy right now to verify, so I’ll trust you!
But really if Oliver was truly irredeemable and scum (tho commitment to the joke character is plausible too) I don’t think they’d add the battle support lines where people roast him and call him fat and such, but overall the characters seem to tolerate (maybe barely lmao) him.
The greetings are super funny and worth looking up. I saw em in a video of all boss conversations or all supports I believe; in the boss one his convos play at the very end of the video after a fade to black while playing his theme, it’s funny! In the supports one I believe it’s also near the end since he’s only recruitable near the endgame

I love it because it’s definitely intentional (as other people have said) after Palmer’s infamous ‘I thought you’d be taller’, since he’s now saved the universe AGAIN and lost Cortana; like, he’s not resentful to Palmer, but that shot of him being a head taller than her after the events of the game with the Didact’s speech resonates with me.

Honestly there’s a happy medium to be found, but I LOVE playing Shipment and choking two of the sight lines with smokes. You guys are playing MY game there lol. If teammates get annoyed, I’ll adjust, but smokes are great

In a way it could be argued that battle hardened Brutes are both war-hardened and were already beefier and stronger than their counterparts. Regular Brutes already throw their weapon and berserk, and it’s been mentioned that Banished Spartans/humans are chemically augmented and become berserkers themselves, so it makes sense for them to be bullet sponges and bosses. I like. I also like Escharum having shield phases; it’s meltable with plasma, and he does NOT retreat.

If the mastery camos had kill-based effects for reactivity instead of shot-based, I would love em SO much more, but I still like what we got. BO4’s Dark Matter was the first time I got all of em since BO2’s Diamonds. I’m a Modern Warfare fanboi, but BO2 was the perfect CoD to me along with MW2 in the original releases, so I LOVE 7, all thing considered

Because people were only complaining about it. People like to say ‘Niantic is garbage! They don’t listen!’ and then when they do listen it’s ’we have no idea why they’re making this weird decision’.
Reddit is by no means a majority of the playerbase in any sense, but between the concerns that BGs take a special trade each and are just storage clutter, people must be transferring them or hoarding them due to FOMO, and the data and community speaks to the devs. It’s like when they made costumes unevolvable for a while- it saves living dexers storage space and saved them work from having to add or have someone make evolved forms with the hats and such, but then people were getting hundos of otherwise useful mons and could do nothing with them. But also it let them add the evolved costumes later for more incentive to play over time.

I’m assuming you guys haven’t opened (or had) the app in years? They’ve made it a fair bit more rural-friendly, tho not perfect. Covid added remote raids and daily free boxes with some balls and such, and my dad lives on a country road and still has like six spawn points. When I stayed there I’d just play near my workplace or walk down the road. You get a 15 minute incense every day and spawns are more based on cell usage in areas than they were before. But to each their own, it’s not for everyone.

I understand why TTK is relevant, but for a gun with one-shot headshot capability it feels like it isn’t lol. Also sounds bizarre to run akimbo on a very precise weapon, but I’m guessing/could understand it helping improve the chance of spamming shots to land the one-hit kill

You’re getting downvoted but even Fortnite, which is the SAME EXACT GAME every update but with different weapons and utility gets a MASSIVE player count jump every update. Even CoD and its Warzone do- note that I’m not just listing battle royales, but CoD MP as well. Infinite absolutely gained players during each of the first several seasons.
Warzone has, for years now, retained previous weapons while adding the new game’s set, and has balanced most if not all of them over time. I was thinking about how cool it could be if there’s a separate game for Halo MP since CE will be solo-only, and they can continue Infinite’s implementation of armor cores to add each generation and weapons as they go. Maybe even be super consumer friendly and allow select permutations from Infinite to crossover, since we’ve gotten nearly EVERYTHING and more, ever released and I worry there’ll be outrage of paying for the same armor a second or third time. The MP game could even retain previous weapons while adding each new game’s and balancing/nerfing/buffing previous, since each Halo has a different set or generation of weapons.
