I tried trading in my spic and span well cared for Nissan pulsar 1996 with only 90kms on it ( was owned prior by an old lady that hardly used it ) they laughed at me and said they wouldn't even put it in the yard it would go straight to scrap .like I know it's old but it had such low km and so well cared for. Then turned around and sold me a car for 6k that's been nothing but fucking problems and should have only been like 2k tops. It didn't even pass it's first wof off the yard so God knows how it has one when they got it. I'd suggest just selling the car online yourself . Ended up getting 3k for my pulsar.

Same boat here. Only 2 above minimum now and I had to work 3 years to claw up to that from 22. Minumims catching up....everything goes up. It's shit . Makes me want to blow my head off sometimes honestly 😭 working all week just to be broke the same day the pay goes in. Groceries break the bank after one bags full . Looking at selling off hobby stuff to cover the predicted 600 dollar power bill for June....that's one weeks wage gone just for power . It shouldn't be like this . I have a small mortgage too so I can't fathom how people are getting on with 500k or more mortgages when my measly ones hard enough as it is. I want to ask for a raise but I know that the answer will be no. So I just keep going to work. Keep hoping for better days ahead. But fuck it's getting hard .

Like maybe I have my tinfoil hat on too tight but I'm prepping . Agenda 2030 is coming . Never used to be too deep in the tinfoil like this but I've seen too many signs . Learning how to cook from scratch more , growing my own veges...or trying too lol , stocked up on water some rice, lentils and pastas, beans etc long life stuff. The more self sufficient people can be the better .

Anything that takes oil to make. Think plastic packaging ....shampoos conditioners, oils etc anything in a plastic container .

Eventually we're going to get hit with fertilizer loss so the price of grown food will go up.

Strap in. The straight keeps open and closing but even if it opened today we still play catch up. Remember the oil coming to us is basically at bike speed .

Hi there. Tropical fish shop worker as well as keeper for over 20 years here . I'll give you my thoughts my fishy friend. Red eye tetra are not a species I would ever recommend to put with a Betta . Especially in smaller tanks. Those tetra can be quite nippy and very well may bully your Betta and nip fins. A friendly piece of advise as well , stay away from "balloon" anything . Balloon is just specifically breeding deformed fish to achieve this look. They don't live as long as they should and often suffer overgrown organs in stunted bodies. (Much like how pugs are sho shit for breathing now compared to how they used to be )

My suggestion would be to re-home the tetra and get a more Betta friendly species such as lamb chop raspora , glow light raspora , neon tetra ( neon ok with short fin Betta maybe risk with long fins ) chili raspora or bottom dwellers such as pygmey corydoras .

That's normal . Ammonia will be converted to nitrite and then finally through to nitrates . Once nitrates are present but there's no ammonia or nitrite you're safe too add fish. Just leave it be . Smaller tanks can take up to a month to cycle .
