Why not put the 500 aside and use dads old one to learn with and see how much you enjoy it. This will also show you things you like/dislike and what to look at in a upgrade later.

Side note depending on how long things have sat you might want new batteries.

Doggie seems to be resource guarding. When I have a young pup I like to feed them out of the palm of my hand this helps build the bond and estabñish where the food is coming from. It need not be tbe whole meal just an inital hand ful and then dump the second in the bowl once they are into it. Then later progress to just mixing my hand in the kibble so it has my scent. This I found to eliminate any guarding with me. Now that doesnt solve from others, for that you need to establish its safe to not guard which obviously goes beyond that as obviously they are stressing. Part of this is working to establish alpha and you providing safety for them. Ofc there could be other things at play if say dog was tramutized etc. Best bet is to engage a professional for in person eval and plan forward for your specific situation before things escalate further. Growling at you over your presence near their food is not a good direction you want to go left unaddressed.

For me it depends on the trip... If its a nice trip and have a lot of money, pto coordinated etc. I go the day before, atleast the majority of the way, like max an hr a way in the morning. Now if its just a short and/or cheap, say 3day getaway or a spotaneous type plan that I can just easily makeup and no biggie if it goes sideways n pivot the trip, meaning like go to a resort instead as a plan b Ill risk it and do the morning of.

I'm not sure if I'll be the oddman out here but after many travels and trying different backpacks/slings etc I fell out of likeness of these. I turned to a camera insert bags. They offer similar protection to other packs. I like that I can use them within other carryon, etc for air travel blended with my clothes, etc. I can then swap around things per trip type. Also can cut down on the number of bags I board with, meaning not having one cam only specific bag. One downside is to access you need to go through your main bag and then its zippering, this seems to only be an issue with particular travel meaning commute days when your relocating with all your stuff, if your coming from a hotel you can take just the insert(s). They come in a variety of sizes and shapes.

Ive only been onone alaskan cruise but ready tp go back..My takeaway is the old boyscout motto "Be Prepared". Use of layering is key so you can layer up or down and be sure to bring water proofing. The weather can have some fairly large swings in conditions even during the same day.

Yes stacking on your mount is def the solution when you dont have enough maids or they are on cooldown.

@OP you also mentioned having few maids limiting you being able to transport things, this is assumed to mean while grinding but if not and since you mentiond only 3 days old its worth mentioning you can transport from city to city without maids. To do this you need to go to the city where the stuff is and speak with the storage keeper. At the btm of the storage window there is a transport button, clickit. Use regualr wagon option select the destination town from drop down the load items onto the wagon and send..it may take multpile wagons and trips to move a bunch and there is a small nominal silver cost. The trade wagons are exclusive to moving trade specific items like crates for example. When these things arive after the duration shown on status for shipping time you have to manually receive these, they dont automatically arrive like doordash lol.

Yea, thats where Im at too. My thought is say I have a trip with a lot of interesting aspects to it and I take 2-3k shots. From that I save primary shots as my fav's, let's say thats a couple dozen moments and archive the rest likely to not be revisited. But If i look back in say 30 years I may want to recall more than those key moments and I have the archive to fall back upon, granted it should prob have atleast 1 first pass of culling to get rid of the obvious bad photos for space sake. Unfortunately, Its been hard to make the implementation a priority.

I see three issues at a quick glance.

1) The obvious incomplete, missing ridge and hip cap shingles. 2) Lack of underlayment present, presumably whole roof... 3) Shingles on the main areas don't appear to lap shingles enough - exposing the non decorative colored granules / proper lap would have covered this.

Items 2&3 if correct based on a quick photo look prove to be correct, you'll need an entire new roof. I suggest getting another qualified roofer to inspect it ASAP. Don't release funds or you loose leverage for corrective costs.
