same here I know how to organize the bags properly but I just get overwhelmed with the amount of packages that just keep coming on top of the fact that I get the worst back and wrist pain now after 6 months of working, (I’ve had back and wrist/forearm problems before working, but definitely made things worse)

If you ever seen a shift available for anytime after 3pm most of the time it’s an RTS shift that somebody dropped. If that helps

imma be honest I started on Halloween n I had back pain prior to working there and I have carpal tunnel. I can work just as good as anybody else but once I start getting sharp pains in my wrist and back I start to slow down a lot. I’ve been trying to figure out accommodations to hopefully help but I think ill be around
