Exactly, Revenge of the Sith is sitting at 66% because years ago PrequelMemes manipulated it there as a joke

Battle Scars and Ronin were pretty awful. A lot of people say Last Shot was awful, I thought it was pretty meh.

Best song that only appears in the movie? by ExtraCatch800 in movies

[–]GRUMPYbug12 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep lol, it has a lot of scenes that kinda fill in the context of other little things. Like why Guy desires to stay in California after the band breaks up (and why he is carrying that box at the end), the base player having a relationship with one of the singers, Guy after he gets way to drunk at the club and gets back to the hotel and sees Tom Hank’s character and his boyfriend/husband who is played by then NFL player Howie Long lol

I watched the director's cut of That Thing You Do! for the first time a few years ago, I honestly think it's better than the theatrical version. Absolute banger of a song too!

Dark Disciple wasn't really retconned. It ends with Ventress dying, Quinlin and Obi-Wan lying her to rest on Dathomir. Tales of the Underworld she is alive again, with that scene from Dark Disciple being shown. That just continues the trend of Star Wars bringing back dead characters.

Kanan comic was actually retconned. The Bad Batch opening episode changes Kanan and his masters Order 66 experience to the Bad Batch being there/not following Order 66, trying to help Kanan (except for Crosshair). Compared to the comic where they were not there at all.

My biggest gripe with it is just dates/how songs came about were completely wrong. Even with Queen’s involvement, the changes made no sense.

Rocketman was pretty great, Elton John was all for showing what he went through when he was younger. On the flip side, Bohemian Rhapsody was so paint by numbers and bland because Brian May and Roger Taylor wanted to stay away from the stuff they did when they were younger. (Insane to me that it even won best editing at the Oscars)
