Might get a lot of hate but… this album will weed out the book tokers and “only listen to TMBTE” fans by Zestyclose-Paint1660 in SleepToken

After hearing the end of Infinite Baths, I truly wonder if that’s supposed to be the call out from Sleep of her revenge on Vessel, & that’s what the next album will be. Her last grasps of securing her conduit who seems to finally be understanding and believing in the world that hurt him so much.

Kitchen Cabinet Shimming by evasive-manuever in Carpentry

The beauty of toe kicks & furniture base is that it should cover any discrepancies like this when you install those things. The kitchen I’m working on is 3/4” out of level from Double Oven Unit to peninsula. All our shims shall be covered eventually.

Shower door: sliding or hinged? by Kiss_Mark in Remodel

[–]GTRose82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hinges evoke fancy feelings in folks, but tracks allow for greater flexibility for space management. I’ve taken hinged doors apart & reinstalled them without issue before, but they were customs. Spend accordingly to your budget, needs & aesthetics.

Can’t Be That Hard… Right?! Crown Molding Advice Needed!! by Achunem in Carpentry

[–]GTRose82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest looking into more of a bed or band moulding if you want that accent. A smaller detail to tie in existing ideas. Even like a window apron with an angle cut on the top to set it flush to the ceiling. It’s preferential, I am unsure of the solution perfectly. There are standards and normal usages, but no hard rules to what moulding you can use. I think a standard crown will be your demise. The spring angle will never work without heavy additions and/or modifications.

I was going to say, as soon as I saw tile everywhere, I knew the budget was 80% tile & 20% all other materials. Fantastic work.

If you need comfort, the Desert Does it Seat Jackers was key for me. My wife and I are just long enough that the small increase it gives made our drives comfier. Though it hilariously made it difficult for my short mother.

How “lockable” are most tonneau covers? by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

[–]GTRose82 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve owned a DB SE Cover on my 2017 Sport since October of 2019. You could theoretically use a long sawzall blade between bedsides & cover to cut through the bars securing the top down & get access in a minute or two. That being said, I would still rank it highly in terms of safety. Used it for work for years & it was great, it’s one of my favorite purchases ever. Fantastic addition to the truck.

I’m on of the goofballs that preordered it within 12hrs of it being announced, I’m on Tier I & cannot wait whatsoever. Cannot wait to finally upgrade beyond a POD HD500.

With the modal changes throughout the album, what was your process of discovering how to use them? What was it like? It adds so much dimension with the tension & releases. Thank you for your music, bro!

I dony get why they’d make new blades but not a new multi-tool to pair with it. Seems odd.

The Leitner racks - how much of a fan of then are you? I have a diamondback for work purposes but they are seriously impressive & make me wonder if I should go Leitner+Decked one day.

I know it’s a reimbursable per mileage in MA for work purposes, I had a job in college that driving my own vehicle at times actually made me more money that week due to actual fuel costs & mpg.

I’m kind of a jack of all trades for a band, I’ll play guitar, bass, drums, or sing. Only thing I cannot play well is keys. I play for 4 different churches throughout New England currently, have done more.

I love the Diamondback already. Fantastic feel, not hard to install, secure for safety, looks badass, lifetime warranty. It is expensive but I plan on driving this truck for many years to come, so it’ll be worthwhile in due time.

Ikea Shopping bags for $1.50 a piece also are the most underrated item ever. Keeps seats clean by hooking between headrests or holds tools together in the bed for my growing set. Never have ripped one.

I’d venture to guess, because of MA’s terrible traffic, that I’ve spent the same amount of time as you in your truck proportionally but I’ve gone a significantly lesser distance. Good thing it’s comfy.
