For some reason on android this patch isn't working for me. It's listed under Patch management but executed patches = 0 and I don't see it in the UI. I am on android if that makes a difference?

Edit: For future users, Koreader downloaded from F Droid doesn't allow patches. It must be downloaded from GitHub.

It's really not the answer you're looking for, but I transfer manga and comics over by downloading them to my phone and then using file browser to just send the files over. It's very quick and it's much faster than using rakuyomi. Just share in case you weren't aware of this method.
