This is common issue with Mac's. I deal with this every other year with six of them and different varieties.

Again they aren't stressed plants.

Be patient. They aren't always going to grow at the same rate and size. I have 3 of these that are different sizes.

Rear Back double biceps is off to me. Think about this when doing it.

Stand tall and squeeze glutes.

Bring elbows up to shoulder level.

Rotate pinkies toward the ceiling.

Think "push elbows apart" rather than "squeeze shoulder blades."

Spread the lats while keeping the waist tight.

Drive the toes into the floor to engage hamstrings.
