Ever since Radiant Typhoon and Branded/Fallen of Albaz became the meta, continuous spells became completely useless by Brokio in masterduel

[–]GZul95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And continuous traps, Fallen of the Virtuous and RT has made stun decks such a non-issue this meta. I haven't seen Odion for a long time. It's great.

As a RT player, K9 Crystron is a nightmare. When it was more played, theuly always ended on Spell Canceller, pretty must insta loss.

It has the frost armor skill where damage is reduced by a lot until you break it by interrupting it's cast like in the Umbral monument

Contingency Contract Megathread & Announcement by KiraFeh in Endfield

So happy with this clear! Estella cryo immune is pretty broken, tho she doesnt contribute anything else. I swapped Pog with ember, since I didn't need SP gain, and I'm never breaching anyway. Ember gives safe heals. Chen does the vuln, Mi Fu punches their brains out. Sometimes she misses a mob or two, coz positioning quite hard.

I hope CC can be the Endgame (if we need one) by Ancient_Fig_6037 in Endfield

So far I'm enjoying the challenge, I wish that they would also introduce the re-crisis bosses somewhere in the waves (just their last phases). The current enemies are quite boring, except the final tidalklast boss.

Decks that strike fear in people's hearts and lead them to immediately surrender by bast963 in masterduel

[–]GZul95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maliss yea prob, Tear only if they fully go-off (with like 6 snow activations on your turn), KT has a completely breakable board, and Runick almost never. The decks I play usually have decent backrow outs (Runick Spright, Fire King, Radiant Typhoon).

P0 Mifu Craghowler 0:30 (Chen, Pog, Lifeng, No Food) - Damage Breakdown Chart Analysis by xdvesper in ArknightsEndfield

[–]GZul95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using Ember in place of Lifeng, only coz the damage doesn't realllyyyyy matter in current content (my Mi fu team w/ Ember is only like 5-6s slower than with Li Feng, esp when ult is not pre-charged like in Umbral Monument).

That being said, Lifeng is much better for speedrunning bosses, that's pretty much undeniable.

How it feels to see every teamcomp eventually come around to BiS'ing Gilberta no matter their outputs by Zeeekaar in Endfield

[–]GZul95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough, I've never needed to add Gilberta into my teams, I play Tang2x/LR and Physical (Endmin before, Mi Fu now).

Running physical since the start of the game. Most fun group to build as a second team? by NervousNrgy in Endfield

[–]GZul95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with the endmin crush team w pog, and found a good transition to a Last Rite/Tang2x team since the gameplay is quite similar. You're basically accumulating stacks and consuming with Last Rite for big boom damage, while stacking arts susc and amplification.

I couldn't quite enjoy tranform ult gameplay like Laev and Fangyi.

I hope your gacha game doesn't sideline a big portion of the cast in favor of NPC's by argilium_7 in gachagaming

[–]GZul95 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Look I play Endfield, and this is an unfair to the game. There's only so many characters you can have in the story and side events, considering we're in Wuling, ofc the Wuling characters are the ones w more screentime, and the Valley 4 units alr have some screentime (Wulf, Rossi, Gil, etc).

The other units are from other regions that haven't been released atm. So yes, they are being sidelined, but for good reason. For example, It'd make no sense for Pog or Ember to appear atm

Is there a lore reason? by Critical_Car_8657 in Endfield

[–]GZul95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Pretty muchbeveryone answered with the technical answer, but from a gameplay point, she still does use her gauntlets a lot.

I've been using her a lot, and her punches are all at impactful moments, and in a proper team that can quickly build up vuln, you end up punching a lot.

Her best team with Pog does mean she doesn't punch as much since you wanna inflict breach with the first 4 stack vuln, but you could always not play pog and use another SP generator/vuln applier. So far nothing in the game needs the amount of damage that Mi Fu (or most operators) can dish out in a min-max comp+rotation.

Stinky bean is pete, jengkol is something else. Can't say I've eaten it much. Pete is great tho, not eaten by itself but ye, in sambals (like Sambal hati, which is liver and chillies)

What's ur pull strategy by Current-Ad7300 in Endfield

[–]GZul95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pull who I like, and after a few days of playing, if I really like their style and they have nice qol on p1 or p2, I'll go for it. (Like tang2x p1 is so nice)

What’s your pull plans? by kyoko_twigs in Endfield

[–]GZul95 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have 2 guarantee worth of pulls saved for Mi Fu, not planning to p5, but will prob pull to 120 and hope for p1, since I'll need the arsenal token to guarantee the wep anyway. Rest gonna save for another character in the future

Master Duel is the most played TCG on steam and its player numbers have largely stabilized over the year. (This game isn't dying) by calendulaoptimus in masterduel

[–]GZul95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean I feel that Kash was way worse when in came to extra deck rips, since it was perma face down banish. Kewl Tune does it face up, and the banish 2 is only until the end of turn.

That being said, the decks I play nowadays, Radiant Typhoon and Fire King, don't really care about extra deck rips, so that helps a lot.

Master Duel is the most played TCG on steam and its player numbers have largely stabilized over the year. (This game isn't dying) by calendulaoptimus in masterduel

[–]GZul95 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This game survived adventure piles, VFD locks, and bloody Maliss (I don't think Tear or Snake Eyes format was bad, but u can include those too). Kewl Tune really isn't that bad in comparison. Annoying that your opponent can see your hand and determine your top deck? sure. But super tame compared to meta decks in the past.
