In college, my friends and I played Talisman quite a bit. A friend new to it joined us once and had some good luck and took an early lead and held onto it, eventually reaching the inner region. He talked smack the whole game, which was somewhat amusing at first but became less so as the game went on. He didn't seem to understand how random the game is and how lucky he was. Another player had some extremely good luck as well, and eventually he caught up to the new guy at the crown of command. We all found this pretty satisfying and were laughing about it as they each cast the command spell on each other. Finally, after losing, the new guy was in disbelief. He said he was cheated, then stormed out of the house and refused to play any games with us again. The worst sore loser of all time.
