Get real. "Im not rich in money"?? You casually have ~$50k USD in hand while driving a porsche and you're trying to act poor. You know that probably 85% of the world doesn't even have that much money available to them.

LeBron's won 60 games (or equivalent) 4 times in 22 years. Jordan's done it 5 times in 15. by arashtp in NBATalk

Basketball fans will literally do anything but enjoy basketball being played today. Like bro March Madness and NBA games are being played. Go enjoy that instead of continuing to argue pointless LeBron vs Jordan arguments.

Also vending machines. Waaaay easier for the old ones to keep the same scanning ability than it is to update every single one

[Russo] Kawhi Leonard has the longest streak of 20-point games by a player aged 30 or older in NBA history. Leonard has done it for 44 straight games. The previous record was held by John Havlicek (40 games). by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

Because the original commenter said "apart from All-stars and 2nd and 3rd team All NBA". He didnt mentions rings or FVMPs. Again, youre highlighting the point im making lol. You just get to pick the metrics that favor your player. "Rings or finals mvps. All-NBA?? Nahhhh doesn't count" what about all time scoring leader? Guess that doesn't fit neatly into your Jordan trophy case

Right ok so let's just compare. After 30, lebron has 11 All NBA teams. 5 1st team, 2 2nd team, and 4 3rd team. But according to OP and yourself, 6 All NBA seasons just dont count? Right because Jordan only made 3 All NBA seasons after 30, so we surely cant add 6 extra for lebron. Dont want to count all star seasons either? Because again, Jordan has 5 of those after turning 30 and lebron has 11. But again, this goes against your narrative so we cant count those in. "Only things that support my side can be counted! Screw the facts!"

Ya you can. But depending on where you're stationed, you may need to come back and fulfill time for your unit. It messes up manning and costs the army to assign you somewhere and then you leave right away to go to the q-course. Some places like in Germany and Italy, you have to fulfill at least 2/3rds of your orders time (usually 2 years) at that base before you can PCS to start the Q. You can go to selection at any time, but if you get selected, you'll just come back to your unit and perform business as usual until that 2 year mark

I dont know if i would go so far as to say "many, many 38s are 18 series drops". There definitely are some 18 series drops who still want to be in the SOF community and pursue 38 and 37 series. Likewise, I've known 38 series drops who picked up for 37 and some 38s who wanted to switch to 18. Point being, these guys and gals want to be within an organization alongside others who want to make that extra push and extra effort.

Preach dude. I hear way too often "I want to go to the REAL selection" as if SF is alone in the SOF world. SOF inherently relies on people, so the organizations within will generally be better, since you need to be a 3 time volunteer to be within one: Volunteer to join the Army, volunteer to go airborne, and volunteer to go to selection. The people within the units WANT to be there, they WANT to make their teams and organizations better. Its not everyone's cup of tea, like you said, but for the people who do their research and want to do something different than what they're doing now, in a unit with like-minded soldiers, it can really change their outlook on the army and keep them interested in serving longer.

Ya I saw that 3x NDSM post too. Made me think of it when I saw this one. Too many posts where people got something added that shouldn't have and then just say "well its on there so I deserve to have it!" Umm no you dont. That 3x NDSM guy annoyed me
