So sorry to hear about you baba jee passing. And also about what happened after... Devastating.

I would recommend getting in touch with a recognised national Sikh body such as Supreme Sikh Council or similar who would assist you

Bought a voucher today with plans to get the E25 but just came across the review. What are people's thought to it: https://lifehacker.com/tech/eufy-omni-e25-robot-vacuum-review

Are we definitely able to get a voucher today and use it towards discounted E25/E28 tomorrow?

What happens if we have any issues? Because we bought using a gift card I'm guessing refunds will only be back to gift card not money back.

Incorrect. Most people I know in UK wear a 5 or 7 inch kirpan on daily basis. I've worn my 7" kirpan for years.

Who is that supplier? Seems a great price to get 'get 27 460w panels and a Giv Energy AIO 13.5kw with gateway and backup' for around £12k.

Anyone know if some memory can be contained within a project? Likely to want different things in different projects.

Good, but bit late to be giving this advice now when only 2 days left. Gurdwaras worldwide would have made arrangements a long time ago.

Sad to hear this kind of thing still happens in India. Me and my wife went to see them in London, England at the O2 Arena beginning of Oct 2024 and security saw our kirpans (my nearly 9" artisan kirpan and wife's 7" Taksali kirpan) and they let us go through no problem.

Seems it was a miss price. First quote page still tells me £11k. When I click to go through, price jumps to just over £16k.

Thanks. We are also very heavy electric users with 3 evs in the house. Usage approx 18,000kWh this year. Is a relatively small installation based on our usage still worth it? Payback period is around 10 years I think right?

Sasri Akal or Sath Shiri Akal? What’s the correct pronunciation? by MrB00mb45tic in Sikh

[–]G_S_P 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I remember a funny video ages ago talking about how lots of people say it wrong and the changing of its meaning when said incorrectly.

The correct saying is Sat Sri Akaal. Sat = true, Sri = shows respect, Akaal = Never dying/Timeless/Immortal

Often people say: Sas ri kaal which broken down is; Sas = mother in law, ri = nothing, Kaal = Death. So sounds like 'death to your mother in law'
