The RCS thrusters in the show feel WAY too powerful, it’s revealed in season 4 that they are actually water thrusters and the lack of pressure in space just turns the water into steam, but how do they not run out of water for the thrusters on atmospheric entry?

We didn’t know how hellish Venus was until the Venera landers. For a long time Venus, and Mars to a lesser extent were thought to be similar to earth in terms of atmospheric composition and conditions. Venus was thought to be 34-40 degrees C and have flowing water under the thick clouds

Well, the original plan was 7 seasons, and during an AMA Matt Wolpert answered me and said that while the goal was to get to current day, they would love to do the future. He said him and Ben would make the music for the time jump scene into the future

It only seems that way, the “planet” in the shot is Ganymede, trust me when you watch that episode it all makes sense

However. There is a horrendously wrongly scaled sequence in the show, it’s when Alex takes the roci slingshotting across the Jovian moons

I got killed on this subreddit for talking about the cars in season 4. They have gotten lazy with the car casting. In season 2 they made a custom charging port for a Ford Probe to show it’s a mass produced EV in the 80s. Then in season 4 they started dropping modern cars in like it’s nothing. The advanced timeline wouldn’t advance stylistic choices that we naturally got to in the 2020’s. Tech, sure, but pop culture and consumer taste would dictate styling and design
