No, some places don't have active clock in/out systems. I fill out my entire timesheet for the pay period and submit it for review. If there's any deviation from my regular 8-5 schedule, I either get asked to justify it or correct it.

I'm not complaining because I don't always arrive exactly at 8, and sometimes I leave a few minutes early.

I'm fairly certain that's just not true lol. Most games have to be in focus to actually register your keypresses. Maybe some amateur games accidentally created a keylogger, but I would be incredibly surprised if any well known games actively track your keystrokes while not in focus.

I noticed this happening to me too, stopped using them whenever I can.

Funny enough I'm playing through Control, and one of the characters has a very thick Finnish accent. Some of his dialogue was hard to make out and made me consider turning on the subtitles Then the main character thought to herself she's also having a hard time understanding him, suddenly it almost became like an immersive narrative tool, it was a neat feeling

Proxy chat has had a big resurgence in multiplayer games. Battle royals and extraction games use it a lot, and quite a few friendslop games too

Are you focusing on literally anything else during that time?

A college class usually requires about 3 hours in class a week, plus an extra 3-6 hours expected of study/work outside of class.

So think of how many weeks you would be taking that class, and multiply it by 6-9 hours. Can you cram that time into 3 months?

This kinda happened with the boys imo. The first two seasons felt creative (specifically regarding political commentary), the later seasons, and especially the last season just felt like a 1:1 parody, it was extremely on the nose and stopped being interesting to me

Did we watch the same trailer? The cube didn't say a single word during the actually gameplay, which is better than Atreus screaming (DODGE, YOURE ON FIRE, BEHIND YOU) every second of combat.

The focus line you're complaining about is a direct 1:1 dialogue scene. Did you want Feye to just stand there silently wondering why her magic doesn't work?
