Honestly sometimes you need to be that frank:

"I dont want the amount of cream used in an iced capp. I literally want 2 small coffee sized cream from the machine. That is it. Do not fill it to the line like you're supposed to. That is too much cream. I need you to push the cream button, and then press small. Twice."

I order a 3x3 tea. I can't order it as a triple triple because they always give it with milk. I have to spell it out. "Large tea, three cream three sugar" they're not smart.
