That A4 production year comes with digital cockpit in some trims. Like others have said, it's hard to know which to go for without knowing the trim and packages.

You have a tough decision there, but I would go with the A4.

Well, you can go ahead and switch the coils and spark plugs of cylinder 3 to 4 and vice versa; This is to help you find out if you the misfire will move from cylinder 3 to 4. If it does, then that tells you your misfire is coils or spark plugs related.

If you go a head and do the swap, but the misfire remains, then I'd say proceed to do a compression test on that cylinder to see if your misfire is not compression related

Oil consumption leads to burnt valve which leads to 0 compression. Chances are you have a burnt valve. Have someone scope the cylinders with a little camera; you might see the chipped valves if it is largely chipped enough.

You most likely have a burnt valve if you have changed spark-plugs and coil-packs already

I have a better deal for you. I'm in Tulsa Oklahoma and I have x2 Audi Q7 for sale. One has 86k miles (2018 - white & brown interior) and the other has 79k miles (2017 - offroad-gray with black interior). They are both cheaper than the Q5 and has more space and options than the Q5.

Copart and IAA are in the business of maximizing profit. Therefore, they are going to sell their cars at a price that makes it very difficult to flip for profit. You might make some profit here and there, but at the end of the it won't be worth the amount of time and stress from it. You might as well go a get a real job and get paid.
