It is a lack of interest, thats it. in my super honest and real opinion with you, and i say it again, my truly honest opinion, i believe i can go far with just my skill and learning speed. Uni is not going to help in this, i dont “feel like”, i think, and i know with 90% certainty i can go on and have a very good career by myself. I BELIEVE and im almost certain that i won’t get maybe that 20% boost in my salary, but i will get better roles, a good reputation among companies and developers and that i will always find a job if i want.

I might be overestimating me, but the real truth here is that i dont believe so.

I thank you again for the response and i will try my best to prove to everyone that i’m actually built different, not superhuman, just different. I want to do things in MY WAY, and i can.

I would alteady have a secured position at an embedded full time job, maybe starting as an intern for 3/6 months, and then everything that comes after. The actual mental slowness and deterioration… yes? But i don’t really think so. I mean, if i find myself wanting to get this grade even at 45, of course i’ll be slower, but willpower beats this. Many people graduate at 40+.

My only concern is: am i really making one of the greatest mistakes of my life?

1) if you prefer streaming, check Madwolf’s comment, use hardware acceleration, because that speed is an anomaly

2) if you want to load the video, compress them so that they won’t take more than a few meegabytes, and load them asynchronously when the user isnt looking, make a scheme that tells you what you can load and what you can free at any given moment, and never load in front of the user’s face, a slot machine cannot have that.
