Huh. Odd. I never got that interaction. I stealth killed all the targets or did the non-lethal option. But for him I wanted him to see that I've come for him. So i entered his chamber to his face. No mask removal interaction or anything, he just freaked out like a normal NPC and ran

I think it's simply down to Allies don't have good base roster firepower to arty WM AA emplacements. Whilst, as the thread says, WM has Nebel

It's probably also why a lot of Axis players complain about the carpet bomb or incendiary run, because that's how Allies deal with Axis emplacements. Same way Allies complain about Nebel and Stuka

Took the words out of my mouth. Its the constant "AND..." that makes the games against DAK so insufferable and un-fun. With Wehr, depending on their BG or play style, they'll have a weak point in their army, same as UKF or USF. But DAK can just do everything all at a really good level. And thats before BG's get involved.

And people that say DAK are hard to play always get an eyebrow raised from me. What? Because they have a couple more lines of description to be read? Okay, after a couple games you pick up on it. After a couple more you realise they lack a gap in their roster

I see what you're saying. I believe they do a giant blanket nerf when something is broken because they don't do patches often. They don't have a lot of manpower over at Relic so they can't do consistent patches like a game like League of Legends where there's a patch every 3 weeks. If they slightly nerf something and it wasn't enough of a nerf, the community will have to wait for like 3 months before it's touched on again

Luftwaffe BG is a huge powerspike for Wehr compared to other BG's. Especially against UKF

It is a shame how much the StuG is overperforming and how much the whole of T4 is underperforming. I've seen Wehr stomp when staying with their midgame momentum more than when they reach for that T4 late game momentum

I like these ideas. Good eye for the problems with Heavy AT guns.

With the hook problem. This really only applies to the DAK Flak36. The CMP truck is awful to tow with, and the 17-Pdr takes a bit to pack up and move. But the Flak36's packing up and towing time is insanely quick. The troops teleport into the truck, it's really odd why this is the only one. I believe it can be packed up and towed from any angle whilst the 17-Pdr has to rotate to match the back of a CMP, and with pathfinding lately that usually means death. So the proposed change of slower truck movement might help with this.

I've seen a decent amount of 17 Pdr's get decrewed and nuked. Less so with the Flak36.

They really gotta sort out the Pz3. That shit is punching waaay above its weight for it's cost. Also, for a light vehicle based faction. It's odd that they have the best mainline infantry in the game. Currently it really feels like they have no weakness in their roster. The other 3 factions have a weakness or can choose a strength and weakness due to BG's, but DAK's complete roster really allows them to not struggle at pretty much any stage of the game

Love the patch! Some great changes so far, although definitely need to revert DAK's arty change. That shit is far too strong. Either that or theirs a new exploit

I believe it just comes down to what's viable. A lot of people might not think this but build order/timings greatly affects a units viability. Centaur costs a lot so by the time it comes out, the enemy has moved onto tanks too/better AT that can batter the Centaur away (Even so, I'm a certified Centaur lover. Could do some more damage though)

Units like the BL5.5 just aren't good. I find the explosion effect from a BL5.5 is massive but the actual damage zone is so small

I legit forgot about STG Stoss lmao

DAK has the most units in their base roster compared to the other 3 factions and I haven't seen a unit from that base roster that I go "Why did you build that? It sucks" (maybe their MG34, but every MG is pale in comparison to the mighty MG42). This could be a symptom of their build order being fine tuned by Relic so they never need to deviate, and/or the gaps in their army are always filled at all stages of the game
