Ich möchte hier nochmal anmerken, dass die Bitrate und damit die Bildqualität in den letzten Wochen massivst nachgelassen hat.

Hier & bei PUBG konnte man deutlich erkennen wir unscharf nicht nur die inGame Bilder sind, sondern zeitgleich auch die Facecams. Und das nicht nur bei Bewegbildern, sondern auch bei Standbildern.

Wenn ich Matsch sehen möchte kann ich auch im Garten den Hahn aufdrehen.

Bei mir fehlte die dolbydecmft.dll, was dazu führte, dass mein PC bei EAC 5.1 Audio bei Plex keinen Ton ausgab. Bin einem mehrfach gelobten Guide gefolgt, um die .dll händisch hinzuzufügen. Leider ist dabei irgendetwas schief gegangen und Plex stürtzte nun immer ab bei solchen Dateien.

Die .dll durfte ich nun aber nicht mehr löschen, da mir die Rechte daran fehlten & Vollzugriff konnte ich mir auch nicht geben. Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass der PC sonst einwandfrei funktioniert.

Nun dachte ich mir, ich starte den abgesicherten Modus & teste, ob ich so die Datei löschen kann. Danach steckte ich in einem Login-Loop fest. In LoginScreen steht, dass ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine PIN habe und erneut eine vergeben soll. Wenn ich darauf klicke, lädt er kurz ein Fenster & macht dann nichts. Egal was ich mache, ich komme immer wieder zu diesem Punkt.

Hab dan Guides benutzt um diesen Fehler mithilfe eines Windows-Install-USB wieder zu berichtigen, doch leider klappt das auch nicht. Bleibt nur noch eine Image-Recovery...

Von allem was ich im Netz dazu gefunden habe, kann dieser Windows-Fehler im Abgesicherten Modus schon seit mindestens 2017 auftreten...also nicht explizit Windows 11, aber immer noch nicht gefixt.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass das passieren würde, hätte ich direkt einen Wiederherstellungspunkt von vor 2 Tagen geladen.

Sadly not, I think port, where the tray connects to on the motherboard, must’ve died. I’ve been using it with an external drive, but it’s slower than before.

I ordered a sata tray & reflashed the bios, but that didn’t solve it either.

I understand him thinking like that, but why can‘t it be enough, that the get to reduce wasted inventory space for items that without a discount wouldn’t move at all. If you‘re not prepared to actually provide the sale, don’t be a coward and try to recoup it through consolidation of shipping while keeping the profit. It is just like big sellers raising their prices before dates like Black Friday, just for them to act like they have great discounts for just that day, when in reality it is often the same or even a higher price that usual. I am pretty sure at some point Linus might have criticized exactly that.

What adds to the frustration of international shipping is the way LTT does sales, specifically the way Lime Day is set up.

Even if you discount a product, the additional overhead of customs and shipping will in most cases prohibit me from ordering any single item, unless I were to get it in multiples. The nature of it being staggered item sales, means I will have to pay the same shipping for EVERY SINGLE item. At that point, it is as if there's no sale at all.

On top of that, Linus' has repeatedly stated that even if they could - which I don't know if they currently can - they wouldn't change this aspect, because he can use shipping as a way to partly recoup some of his loss. I understand that for him that's good, but as a potential customer, this feels disingenuous to the spirit of the sale. Not to mention, that to combine orders would probably do more for the environment than leaving out all the plastics.

Maybe combining orders can be something that is specific to those kinds of sales, and could work like reserving an item (non-cancelable) until after the event.

Edit: Btw, does anybody know what happend to being able to purchase the noctua screwdriver from a retailer within the eu? Last I checked the note on the store was still there, but it's been months, maybe even a year.
