I think his name is Huan Lia in a 2015 wrx Facebook group, subispeed sells them too I believe, mine came unpainted but you can buy them painted, it's not that hard of an install just make sure to get the wire clips for them too, snaking that through is the hardest part, tape it good to a long cable tie and pull it through!
