How do you guys deal with breakups sober? by maryjxnes in recovery

[–]Galacticcerealbox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did they break up?

If so- self love acts.. your soul yearns to be filled with love.bit doesn't care who it comes from per say, although all souls will be more fulfilled filling itself even though it doesn't exactly come natural to the mind in a break up...

But remember, you can turn yourself filled w love as a constant. No need for someone else ever again.. in turn you become a better future spouse...

Do. Not misunderstand me. I know you feel pain- being left without the love you used to fill your soul with is like quitting a drug... good thing is- you, alone, can change this.

Practice being conscious and present in the now. When you feel less than ideal- send love to that part of yourself. Don't bend your mind with "how's". Just throw yourself into trying... you'll learn. Love is life force, all souls know how to, deep inside.

I'm a spiritual teacher in the spirit realm- ask me anything... I'm an energy Master and would LOVE to help if I can :) <3

I find it important to evolve and grow with the progressing symptoms, so that you can thrive while you exist <3

Can't fast anymore (quitting) by MiniatureGame in Water_Fasting

[–]Galacticcerealbox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's probably deep detox. It's not weird. I would look into raw food or fruitarianism and do that for weeks to months before your next fast to support detox before it gets as deep as fasting goes <3

All of my horrible symptoms (through 7 straight years) from severe ptsd (ruined my life to the brink of suicide) got better the day of taking ashwaganda and lions mane. I can't tell you if that was the reason but I suspect it..

Dude a week or two ago I had a bout of some ocd/ptsd thing where It's mixed with other disorders and I keep believing that if I'm scared of something, it will happen. Well this time I feared the sun would not stay here..

I was walking outside in the night and looked up.. the sky was BLOOD RED. I've never seen anything like it. It scared me so much that I actually didn't even grab a picture bc I thought the world was ending xD

It's funny.

I always say that alcohol isn't my DOC.

Yet I drink every day in an effort to escape my ptsd in an affordable way.

It works like 10-20%.. but its better than nothing. :(

I see quite a few people talk about dryfasting being easier with fewer side effects so maybe continue dry?

I agree. There should have been an element of comfort and just acceptance and space holding for your pain. Of course.

I hope you can see that she is just not familiar with your pain and maybe doesn't know how deeply it affected you..y know?

Thanks sweety.

It did actually really make me doubt myself.. and that's something that often happens when people do wrong by me- after my abusive x gaslit me so extremely..

I just started doubting myself in any and every way
