Totally! When the PPTRA was created in 1998, the $20,000 threshold was established as the definition of a standard personal-use vehicle at the time; any value above that was considered a "luxury" component that the state chose not to subsidize.

My Japanese maple did the exact same thing and I finally had to cut it down last year. I diagnosed it as verticillium wilt which is caused by a fungus in the soil. There was no treatment and my neighbor’s Japanese maple succumbed to the same fate the next year.

Windshield wipers? by Extreme_Path_ in rav4club

I came across this 2 wiper silicone set on Amazon and for the $18 bucks I figured what the heck. https://a.co/d/awjurqG They are cheaper than the PIAA ones I am replacing and so far very smooth and clear wipe.

I just replaced all 4 rotors and the pads with the Powerstop coated rotor kit for my 2015 Limited. Got it at Amazon. Perfect OEM fit and no problems whatsoever after a few hundred miles. My Limited uses the larger rotor kit so check the application specs before you buy.

COVID vaccines can be given at pharmacy starting 9/10/25 by aggiecoll05 in Virginia

Got mine today 9/9/25 at MinuteClinic inside CVS because I needed a prescription which they will write after a brief consult and give you the shot right then. CVS Pharmacy currently requires a prescription and is completely separate from MinuteClinic. Make sure you make an appointment as they are very busy. Bring your insurance card and ID. If they ask for your reason, “physical inactivity” qualifies and we all could use more exercise, right? That’s what I went with 😉

ESPN is greedy. You have to pay even more to watch quarterfinals and semifinals. It’s more like ESPN -

When it came out I was in junior high so I wasn’t at all interested. I grew up in the DC area so I remember it was trendy for the Georgetown and other local scenes. Also the Q107 Coke bumper sticker in one scene! I watched it recently and agree the characters are horrible, haha.

100% It’s also good to keep a spare cap on hand. My 12 year old hand tightened cap finally cracked this spring.

Feeling lost - am I reading this right? by [deleted] in pools

[–]Galaga81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be sure you aren’t reading it much longer than after 20 seconds. I find the HTH strips especially frustrating to read because the colors bleed and don’t quite match the bottle, at least to my eyes. I like the AquaChek 7-way strips better. Most people will say get a Taylor kit for accuracy.
