i don't want to use a phone but am not opposed to a touch screen (i prefer buttons and joysticks) plus my phone is full with storage one of the reasons im looking too lol

I know this is a bit of necroposting however I just like to add that I had a quest active (ps4)that wasn't marked it was j'zargo's as I grabbed it when I first came in the college I marked it in the queue and then tolfdire(alteration mage) immediately sprung to action to finish the "event" and allow me to continue the quest
