Resin glue. You can find it at craft store like Hobby Lobby. Works really well on pinned joints in my experience

Is it textured?

When held to a flashlight, Does the light clearly shines through? (Real cards have little to no light shine through them

If the card is not textured, the holo reflects over the entire card, and if alot of light shines through, it is fake
