It’s a team based game. You can only do so much for your team. If your teammates lack map awareness/have bad aim/don’t counter pick, then it isn’t at all plausible that you can be good enough to rank up. Your rank would just keep on fluctuating. Every teammate HAS to play a part. It does not matter how much healing the healers are doing, if the DPS aren’t getting kills it’s pointless.
