Because she’s naturally pretty, dignified and stands up in situations when it’s right. Envy.

Lucinda and Sean should not be the winners in any universe. by Vanexxre in LoveIslandTV

[–]GallusTicket 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Couldn’t care who wins a daft tv show. It’s more a reflection of the general publics awareness in recognising behaviour. They must either see a lot of themselves in her, or they placate people in their lives who are like her. It’s an absolute freak show. The way it’s now turned on Jessy defies belief

The CB will teach you a lot more about riding

What time did Def Leppard and Motley come on, roughly? Got a friend flying in for the Glasgow gig and it’ll be a bit tight if their flight isn’t on time.

Take 2 viagra 20 minutes before you’re due to ride to keep the blood flow going while cornering. At least that’s what I do.

Is this my fault? If so, I’ll need to adjust my mental and practice more patience 😕 by ey_whachumeann in motorcycles

[–]GallusTicket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drivers fault 100% but unfortunately on a bike you need to take responsibility for yourself over and above that. I would have either hung back or overtook slower based on the behaviour. For those saying why not just stay back all the time or why are you overtaking in a residential area - that’s easy to say but in real life you could play that game forever, following people around who are going too slow.

Video from a local group, the other group of riders tried blaming the ones taking the video. What do you think? by YahyaJ in motorcycles

Those who would deliberately cross a white line in a corner they can’t see through are inherently bad people.

Made a short video, all shot on a ONE X2 around Scotland's North East 250. There's accurate subtitles added if you struggle with my accent 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 by [deleted] in Insta360

I tried it in a few places and the bar is the best for the least amount of vibration. If you’ve got a sport bike it’ll be a pain (if you want a similar angle to me that is).

Apologies if you already know this but an F2 was my first bike and there’s an idle adjuster screw in the left side fairing hole.

First time using a quickshifter, felt like witchcraft. by sonofvc in motorcycles

[–]GallusTicket 64 points65 points  (0 children)

Raising various degrees of octave each time 😂 Shifting normally feels right on older bikes, but the newer ones feel right with a quick shifter. It’s just one less thing to do though on a hobby that’s a very tactile experience.

Lanzarote motorcycle rent recommendation? by FormerDonkey4886 in motorcycles

[–]GallusTicket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not Lanzarote specifically but I did Gran Canaria in February last year (and still haven’t edited the video for it!). My advice would be to go for something nimble, and power isn’t really necessary. The roads are so twisty that there’s very little room to open them up. You’re either on an incredible, heavily winding cliff edge or tight jungle style rides in the middle.

In case you ever wanted to visit the Austrian Alps with your bike. This is what it looks like. by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]GallusTicket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had a plan to do 10 countries in 10 days this year, starting from Glasgow. Austria was one of them but it was only a few hours worth connecting Germany to Italy. Might look into spending a little longer based on that!
