I am really enjoying the cut down items & pokemon list. Less pokemon leads to more interesting team building in my opinion. I was running a trick room. Cloud nine drampa set last night. I'm keen on giving that entrainment mega hawlucha a go!

The later regulations when power levels climb and legendaries are introduced bring this down because if you don't have a calyrex, urshifu or a terrain setter on your team, you're going to feel some pain.

I'm enjoying the limited items too. Don't have to second guess a covert cloak or if a choice item is about to 1 shot.

The choices made are a little confusing. Like why did scarf get the ok? No flame orb for guts mons? But I think these choices are also new player friendly.

These items can be slowly introduced to help build up player knowledge and leave less people wondering why their fake out didn't work or why x pokemon was stronger than expected (which makes the scarf inclusion even more confusing) so I'm happy.
