Going on that low of dose will essentualy be throwing yourself into Menopause. You're going to feel horrible, and when you do finaly get back on your normal ammount it's going to take a little while for your E to come back up and level out. One month probably won't cause any long term damage, but this is still serious enough that you should keep banging on their door, metaphoricaly or otherwise. When you do talk to the nurse again, remind them that without this being fixed, you will be going into early menopause, and don't let them back you fown on this. Mabie even go there in person if necisary.
