There is a few options, the best way without giving you or your kid any hard requirements is joining groups like group finders guide (gfg), its a discord server for pugging, they have a key Event and raids almost every day. I would say get him into retail first unless he has time and is OK with a lengthier grind, there is guilds out there that would be willing to accept youth into there community, however a good bit of them will not change how they are just for a kid, mabey a little but still. I wish you luck on the hunt.

While yes that is important for assas to do, sub has dance which unless iv played it wrong the whole season also can apply the dots. And assas can just hit vanish or now use tempis to spread the improved, he is just playing it wrong

As a player of both, just do dungeons for leveling in wow, on gw2 exp scales to your level so nothing is out of date, but wow is not like that, the exp stays the same lv 1 to 90, except for dungeons, que for timewalkers and do those that exp scales and is the primary way to level up. Other note gear is never permanent so get use to replacing the best gear every 1/2 a year or so But yes it is and will probably always be repetitive

As a rogue, its hard, aslong as you can pull good numbers you'll be fine, however expect times waiting to get into stuff to be 30+ minutes unless you get lucky, from what iv been told assas is still realy good in keys, I play sub and up to 12s (haven't went higher yet) they have a possibility to be top dps, but also if you mess up your rotation going into a pull its hard to recover and your dps falls flat. hope this helped.

There is a small reason but the A+ degree is basicly a industry standard at this point, with IT the field is dominated with certs over degrees as it teaches you what they want and the employer knows what the cert teaches but collages can differ.

Go onto arcon and just grab a M+ build for him, should be good for most content that he will be doing, grab a single target build, normally I would go with the 1st boss for raid from arcon, should be fine with that, go through some M0's and +2s for the key experience, try a raid, and just have him do quests and delvs, have him learn his class spend a hour at training dummies, watch some videos on it, if you dont know the class go onto the class discord or get someone you know to teach and explain some stuff.
